MATT MITCHELL – MOST AWESOME PERSONALTRAINER (2013) You have changed my life in so many ways and I really cannot thank you enough for that. Since I have been training with you I have fallen in love with exercise, I am the fittest I have ever been and this year, I have dropped a dress size...almost two and have accomplished one of the biggest achievements of my life. All of which is thanks to you. Never in a million years did I think I could firstly commit to a bike ride from Milton Keynes to Monaco, let alone complete it - a 1000 miles in 10 days.I really cannot thank you enough for getting me involved in the MK to Monaco challenge, for getting me fit enough to complete it, for not letting me quit, for pushing me past all boundaries I thought I had, for getting me to achieve what I thought was impossible and most of all for not leaving my side the whole time. That ride was truly one of the most amazing experiences of my life and what a way to spend my 31st birthday! It was tough, really tough yet so incredible in so many ways. I can safely say that there is no way in a million years I would have made it all that way without your patience, support, encouragement, humour and annoyingness! You truly are an inspiration Matt, one of a kind and amazing at what you do. Here’s to a fabulous 2014 and to you helping everyone else push through their own boundaries! Thank you so much Claire

I began training with Matt in October 2014, my goal being to lose weight and tone up. Since then I have lost about a stone and a half and my body shape has completely transformed. As well as training with Matt, he provides me with routines to do in my own time and changes them regularly, listening to my personal needs and goals. He pushes me to do things that I never thought I could and I am still getting stronger every week. I recently got injured and had to stop doing the majority of my usual exercises, Matt was amazing throughout this period and after 5 months of hard work and excellent training he has got me back to full physical health, I really don’t know what I would have done without him. Its more than just an hour in the gym, he’s changed my whole lifestyle and I am more confident than I have ever felt. I have never met anyone so positive and energetic, a single paragraph can’t do him justice, everyone needs a Matt in there life.

Throughout my entire time with Matt, I never once thought that I didn’t need him there to help or that i could do a better job and I have no hesitation saying that without Matt I wouldn’t have been successful getting into the marines

I started training with Matt in June 2013 and in that time I have dropped a dress size, am fitter and have a better understanding on nutrition and setting sensible goals and he is currently helping me train for the London Marathon – something I have been dreaming of for years! To say Matt is a live wire would be an understatement – I think he has ants in his pants. I do wish he could stop dancing in front of you whilst you are doing one of the ridiculous TRX exercises he has given you. That said, his enthusiasm for fitness is second to none, as is his commitment to helping and supporting his clients achieve their goals. No two sessions are the same and he has this incredible knack of moving the boundaries without you actually realising it and before you know you are doing double the amount of press-ups you were doing a week ago. His sessions are incredibly hard but lots of fun and the results are great. Even when you are not training with him, he makes a point of acknowledging you when he sees you and is always happy to stop and say hi. For anybody considering training with Matt I have a few words of warning: Be prepared to Work Hard If you want him to be quiet, do the exercise properly If you want a trouble free session then don’t forget your food diary! Don’t be sarcastic to him And STRETCH!! On a serious note – Matt I can’t thank you enough for the support and guidance you have given me over the last few months. I’m pretty confident that if I hadn’t enjoyed those first few sessions so much I’d still be the couch potato! You are a true inspiration but the dancing does leave a bit to be desired ☺

My name is Steve, and I have been a Company Director – sitting behind a desk – for the last 25 years. Despite the fact that I played competitive rugby until my forties did not protect me from the decline that age brings. As soon as I stopped athletic sport, the weight piled on, and my fitness levels dropped like a stone. I started training, weekly, with Matt Mitchell just over 6 months ago. He has consistently pushed me, without ever taking me beyond my capabilities, and has worked with my abilities. I am now over 30 pounds lighter than I was, and am much fitter to deal with the rigours of the day – whether that’s back-to-back meetings or 36 holes of golf. Matt’s methods are not just based on an endless circuit of weights or running. There’s balance work, together with flexibility and agility. You’d be surprised how demanding standing on one leg is after half hour of exercise! And also surprised how much it works your core. Give yourself a head-start in the fight against age-related decline. Join me, and sign up to train with Executive Fitness, today.
